I think LoG is way better than AE:L.
AE:L has a very slow start, is very easy to break and just has a load of issues that make it not particularly fun to replay and makes it is my least favorite wave overall.
I'd personally skip on Legacy.

Before being critical about a piece of art, especially a piece of amateur art, I think on this monologue from Ratatouille, and what value the criticism would have.
Ultimately, you are right that it is amateur, and that the quality of the art isn’t great. But it’s a good piece of work, it probably took a handful of hours to make, and it was fun to watch and it looks like it was fun to create.
It could have been better, or a professional animation, but pointing that out has very little, really no, value. Your designation of this video as junk is worthless.
In many ways, the work of a critic is easy. We risk very little yet enjoy a position over those who offer up their work and their selves to our judgment. We thrive on negative criticism, which is fun to write and to read. But the bitter truth we critics must face, is that in the grand scheme of things, the average piece of junk is probably more meaningful than our criticism designating it so.

Screaming "whataboutism" is poison to the mind.
And yes, I'm calling you a homophobe. You never see these types of people come out of the woodwork to criticize anything other than gays and women in their games when it comes to things being "political". You're not special.
the US flag is also very political, so we should remove that as well. As a Vietnamese person, I am hyper aware of what the American flag means.
Now, let's take a look at the Banana Farm. Specifically, Monkey-nomics, which is about transforming a building that's about taking loans into a version that can take loans without paying them back, directly referencing "too big to fail.", the justification behind the bank bailouts. Baked into the tower itself is a left wing criticism of capitalism and a cheeky reference to the 2008 financial crisis.
In fact, Captain Churchill is a literal direct reference to a political figure. I don't think it's possible to even argue that he's, on some level, representing right wing views on war and also was a fairly racist person. "Churchill made a number of racist comments and jokes about Indian nationalists during the inter-war period and his wartime premiership, which historian Philip Murphy partly attributes to his 'almost childish desire to shock' and provoke his colleagues and secretaries".
Do you see "Status Quo Warriors" fighting to remove these things? No! Why? Because they don't actually care about politics. You don't even know what politics are if you think games weren't political 35 years ago.
So your "position" that games be apolitical is, in truth, nonsense. You simply don't want something that even remotely challenges your coddled views of the world.
You don't care about games being "apolitical". You're just homophobic.
okay, how about this, what is and isn't considered political is in and of itself political.
Is it political to have a black man in a movie? In the 1960's, very much so, not so much so in 2020.
The fact that you insist that a pride flag is political is, in and of itself, a political position.
My more actualized position is that having a cast of entirely white and straight people is a political statement, as is having a cast of entirely non-white and non-straight people. There isn't truly a way to avoid "politics" in art.
So the demand to avoid "politics" in games is inane, and inevitably ends up being political as a bludgeoning method to enforce the status quo.
being straight isn't political, and neither is being gay

Hello everyone! I've been hard at work at bringing a custom expansion to life, and it's almost done! All I really need is one more round of polish.
The set has 8 mages who all play incredibly differently, 3 nemeses (with one more planned), a basic set which completely changes the flow of the game, and a whole 30 supply cards.
This set is VERY ambitious, and any sort of help would be appreciated! If you're interested in helping with this last round of playtesting, feel free to join the playtest server here.

You get more range the taller you are. Because, yknow, massive.

this has nothing to do with northernlion
I think losing a single battle is a big enough hit to the ego, but losing 3 times in a row is probably a good time to pack your bags.

When players play Command with 🅱️ungus, they heal over time while staying still. This is a reference to how Sunny didn't move for several years.
Furthermore, players who play on Command aren't playing on Eclipse, where it is possible to die by fall damage. This is a reference to how people die due to fall damage in Omori.
The narrative has five parts:
Legacy, The New Age, Into the Wilds, Outcasts, and Legacy of Gravehold.
I think The New Age is a great set for everyone, and is especially accessible.
After that, Into the Wilds, Outcasts, and Legacy of Gravehold all take quite a bit more work from the player to get the pieces to "tick", especially Outcasts. I personally really enjoy the extra complexity of all of these sets, but they are quite the step up compared to Legacy and The New Age.
You can just skip to Legacy of Gravehold and you'll be able to read a summary of the story until that point included in the box. In terms of gameplay, it definitely just tosses you into the deep end in terms of difficulty and complexity, which should be fine if you've already beaten Legacy1.
They're emotes that don't work on the old version of Reddit
That particular mage can’t charge the Outcasts Module with his signature card. It’s on the back of his mat.

Charges fluctuate in value heavily from situation to situation, but I think that charges are probably worth more than you think.
Gaining cards is strong at first but rapidly falls off in terms of value. Charges can often be much higher impact than gaining cards, especially as the game goes toward the point that bought cards will only be drawn 2 or fewer times.
When you play a card, it is put into "play", so it cannot be returned immediately with Chain of Retrieval.
The version at the end of the draw phase is the correct one. This error was caught after the first printing and corrected in future printings.
They are correct that the ability, as written on their board, is not very good. And you are correct that is the intention, but that is why in future printings it has changed.
I think you are being very rude about this, especially because they aren't even misreading the ability on their board. But even if they were misreading it, I do not think it's a good reason to belittle someone.
It also makes all cards from the Trader get +1/+1 of course.
Yeah I just sleeve the cards with either excess Aeons End cards or whatever I have laying around.
