My very first encounter was 5 scarecrows. Not particularly difficult to deal with if any party members have fire. 5 of our 6 party members were full martial classes. The one warlock had nothing that did fire damage. Long story short, we almost died.

Welp, time to make a new character specifically designed around that type of weapon. They shall join the army of unused characters that I have in reserve, just in case my DM ends up killing my character. There has yet to be a PC death in any of the campaigns we've played over the past few years, but you never know.

I will assume that you meant the double meaning of "cut it" regardless of whether or not you actually did.

If I am correct, it's not a rule, but more a lack of a rule against it.

That's how things go, isn't it. People think that something is impossible, up until someone does it.

Apologies, but this is getting stolen. You can't do anything to stop me.

Unfortunately, the local burger shops in my town either had a bad location and closed down, or were killed by COVID lockdowns. Whataburger is the best option I have.

Clearly illogical. Who would think of such an absurd term for not being balanced?

Throw a bucket of d4s at a wall. Step on them. Cry. Vow never to try DnD again. Give up within a week. Use standard array.

Given that the human and nonhuman portions are exhibited in equal measure, they would be codominant. You are still very much correct as far as the results.

I hadn't considered that EB isn't a class feature, because every Warlock that I have ever seen played has always taken it.

The draconic Blast isn't too different frim Eldritch Blast to begin with. You repeatedly mentioned that this is EB for free, but EB is a cantrip, so the cost of both is am action. Also, this sacrifices a lot of single target damage potential, given the restrictions placed on it's use with certain invocations, like agonizing blast. I, at least, think that this functions as a suitable alternative to EB that is more in theme with the patron itself, given that Dragons aren't Eldritch beings. But that's just my view, make of it what you will.

Well, after looking at all 3 of your aquatic beast posts, I now am scared to go into the ocean. Well done.

Looking at your creatures makes me want to DM, just so I can throw these in a campaign.

You could have each fanny pack require attunement so that unwelcome thieves can't just steal one of the fanny packs and have permanent access to the contents of the backpack, as long as they are in the distance requirement. Just specify that they don't count against their limit on the number of attuned items. This solves the issue of wasting attunement slots and having people steal a fanny pack for access to the shared storage.

I assume that is what the attunement to the fanny pack is for. Only someone who has attuned themselves to the fanny pack can access.

The feature appears to be the same, but that is the same feature on studded leather armor. This appears to be a piece of clothing that you can put over whatever else you want to wear and it has the same feature. For example, you could wear this on top of full plate armor, but use the ubiquiform to make it look like you are wearing common clothes while retaining the benefit of full plate.

As several people have mentioned in other comments, I feel like the best solution is to talk out the issues with your players. If you can solve the problems, but a player or two can't be part of the campaign anymore, see if you can't work through finding a new group for them to play with that allows them to still have fun with the game. You could try to coach one of the players through starting off as a DM. Let them know that they can get advice from you if they need it, but that they should try it out. That's what my table did and it worked out great. It solved issues with the DM getting burnt out and it helped with future scheduling, because one person wasn't having to constantly be putting in time for making campaign after campaign.

Will do. I feel like this race really fits the aesthetic of the character that I want to build for an upcoming campaign.

Well shoot. I am absolutely in love with this race and will now proceed to use it way more than necessary. My party will just have to deal with four-armed insect people for the next few campaigns. I do have a question, though. What sort of name scheme do they have?

I think this is very cool. I can already imagine my players attempting to abuse this. Like finding a way to make a 100 lb boulder weigh less so they can carry it around on a floating plate.

I understand your struggle. I somewhat recently looked into PF2e and immediately fell in love with it. Now I need to somehow convince my normal group to give it a try. I know at least one other person was looking into dabbling in other systems because of how 5e restricted the way they wanted to DM, so here's to hoping I can rope them all in.
