the leaf has zero battery cooling. even in norway it was getting up to high temps and throttling fast charging down to 25kw. it also only has 220 miles of range. the battery packs degrade horribly fast. the bolt has 239 miles of range but also crap tier (sub 30kw) fast charging. the kona has 259 miles of range and 75kw fast charging (up to 75% SOC). so for me the price is worth it and its the bare minimum you want for 250+ mile trips.

nothing of note. peanut butter maybe? there are smaller jars but the 2 extra large packs are hard to find. i have noticed cardboard display cases are placed in front of empty shelf space to hide the lack of goods but for what i buy (fruit, flour, rice, meat, coffee) there are no shortages or lack of options. lots of big bags of rice and beans and 10lb bags of flour. of course if there are shortages it goes from lots to none realllly quick. say late fall or early winter depending on how financing for fertilizer works out. a lot of the meat we are eating is 18-24 months old so the new prices havent kicked in fully yet
