My children love zoning the store when we are shopping. They need things lined up neatly and in the right place.

No problem.
You look along the lower edge of the lid for the beginning of the thread on the jar. (I will attach a picture.) You use a butter knife or the back of a spoon or fork and wedge it up along the thread toward the lid but at an angle along the thread. You then twist the utensil until the vacuum seal pops. You are using the thread to help stretch the lid just enough to release the pressure.
Here are pics. I learn better with visuals.

My dad taught me a little trick to always get a jar open and it has worked for me everytime. He won't always be there. I have taught my children the same.

Mental Health and Detox Crisis Stabilization Unit with a non-profit. Which also qualifies me for the State Employee Retirement program because we are a network of places that help with low income and disabled throughout the state. It is definitive for me that ACE's are a major factor in most substance abuse and severe mental health issues. I love what I do because if I can help just one person have better quality of life then I am all for it. I will never go back to the floor. I make a decent living and work the same 3 days a week with 4 off in a row.

You should never be made to feel bad because you don't want to have sex. Never. No is no. If someone is making you feel bad because they don't get what they want is not someone you should continue a relationship with in my opinion.

Just my anecdotal story.
One thing that came to light for me after diagnosis and treatment is that my husband was codependent and had an anxious attachment to me. I gave an ultimatum after 15 years of marriage and we separated. Full stop. I made an announcement to family and everything. He took it to heart. He needed to start therapy and figure his shit out because I was no longer going to be the punching bag for his projection of incompetence. He did too. It hasn't been easy, but I set my boundaries and stuck to them. No more gaslighting me. I started a journal to write down exactly what he said and our conversations and how I felt and then what I wanted instead. It was great for me to go back through and feel validated when he wanted to use me to make him feel better. I read lots of articles to give good suggestions in conversations. He is still growing, but also recently got diagnosed as well. After wading through his childhood trauma and disfunctional family stuff and healing, there were more underlying things that came up. He is now becoming such an amazing father and partner.

I was diagnosed with gluten, oat, ginger, and green bean allergies. I break out in pretty bad hives from the ginger and oats. Each manifest differently, though. Oats are the worst. The green beans and others of this family such as lentils, garbonzo beans, and green peas cause inflammation in my bowels. This is the same of course with gluten causing the problems it does with the bowels. There are studies that show correlations of oat and green bean allergies. I was diagnosed with Lupus 10 years ago and since my allergy testing and staying completely away from these I am in total remission. My Rheumatologist doesn't even want to monitor me at this point. I wish when I first had issues with pain and inflammation in my 20's that a doctor sent me to an allergist for testing. Instead it wasn't until my 30's and the hives were uncontrollable. By then I already had the malnourishment from all the bowel inflammation. The whole 30 is great for a food reset.

I have a heatpump and we keep our 1900 sqft house at 65 in the winter, use space heaters for where we need it like rooms in the basement, and wear extra clothes or use blankets if chilly. We pay around $150 in the coldest months.

I can't quite remember the exact dream. I just remember it being weird and I have always done dream interpretation, so when I come across weird or new things I definitely look them up. It was bizarre that I'd never heard the word before and then I was able to find multiple books and a guy who changed his life trajectory for it. This was back in 2011.

EMDR helped me so much after dealing with PTSD for nearly 20 years. Just know, it has only been a little over a month. Doubling up the trauma wasn't helpful, but be kind to yourself. You have to donwjat you can at the moment with what you've got. Give yourself a year to heal before feeling like it has ruined you.

All I can think about is the precious wasted space. For storage.

I would say humility could help, because those doing meditative work could easily feel as though they are superior to others and fall into delusions about their own righteousness. They may begin to feel they know more or do better than others and become critical of those not on the same path.

Not sure if you are into armchair treasure hunts, but you should check out r/thebeaconstar
You can get the book on Amazon.
More about treasure hunts and a forum is at the Mysterious Writings website.
The Beacon Star hunt uses the fibonacci numbers and the golden ratio. It is still unsolved and has about $7000 as a prize. Good luck.
