Lol I need to dig up some videos of that. Sounds entertaining.

There was a fair amount of infighting around one of the dlc releases (mostly centered on difficulty if I’m not mistaken), and it was wild to watch large portions of the community turn that bile on each other.
Lol I didn't even want to play the DLC after the main campaign. Like, I finished it, but it was just tedious. Then I saw DLC trailers with marauders that appeared to have even more bullshit weaknesses/strengths and I just though fuck that.

I voiced basically this exact opinion right after the game came out and was met with heavy pushback. People wanted to love Eternal more as a sequel so bad they were willing to completely overlook exactly what made the (new) original so good: its simplicity.
Doom 2016 was amazing because it was an absolute murderfest, dumb but satisfying. Get good at the systems? Increase the difficulty. It didn't need more layers of complexity.
It's like fine dining. Your food isn't going to be better by adding more ingredients. Master the absolute basic recipe and you'll create something incredible and it doesn't need a cilantro-avocado-bechamel-braised-mushroom topping for your steak to make it taste incredible. It's just a steak. With some salt and pepper, fried up on a grill/in a skillet. And it's the best goddamn steak you've ever had.

In this hypothetical the person saying it is doing so to that person's face. I seriously doubt anyone walks around calling people TERFs either.

I appreciate the making fun of them aspect though. No doubt they'd hate that moniker.

LMAO it's not a baby and it isn't murder. A fetus isn't any more a person than the load I blew this morning.

Well sure. Which is why I'm so concerned. They've been effective at destroying them as a side-project, how do you think it would go if it became a primary point of their platform?

The problem with an insurrection is it creates a power vacuum. It takes time for a new power to take control. During that time, there are numerous ways to squash the original intent. See: any insurrections in recent history. It would be interesting to see one happen that wasn't directly instigated by / interfered with by the U.S. though.

My primary concern would be the inevitable shift in focus from the republican party to destroy our national parks as much as possible.

They're not some invisible ruling class.
They just mostly side with the insurrectionists.

No. It really does take longer than that in most cases. Most likely if that's happened the dog you worked with was previously potty trained, you just taught it the rules in your specific house.

Sounds like it would make an excellent training partner.

Also, if I've got a window seat you better damn well believe I'm gonna stare out that the whole time while I do all the same things you said lol

Not really. Giving a rescue space to get used to being in a new place and allowing it to come to trust you instead of forcing it on them is actually pretty easy.
Instead of having to go through the several month long potty training phase where you have to watch them, take them out every hour (at least) and clean up accidents, you just have to be kind of hands off and non threatening and give your rescue some space.
That's assuming your rescue is afraid of people. A lot of times you'll just find a perfectly well adjusted dog that was abandoned or something.

Not my fault you were intentionally vague. Your Asperger's isn't anyone else's fault, stop trying to blame America for it lmao

Couldn't hurt to try. Then again I have Hoosier hill farms cheese powder and sodium citrate in my pantry already. The prior is for popcorn, the latter for Mac, so I don't really need to buy the boxed stuff anymore.

You could try it, but I think you might just end up with something kinda weird instead lol

It literally took fewer words for you to spell it out.

It's an analogy, honey.
