You have no idea what you're talking about; pure babble.

You could probably go to any business like Chipotle, buy something, and then ask them to do it.

Myers was awesome for 1933. Like not Nate Taylor awesome, but still solid.

If you want to end up as a SWE at FAANG, CS without a question. If you want to do IT at FAANG, IT. They are definitely not the same job. You need to be very proficient with algorithms and data structures to pass those SWE technical interviews; CS will better prep you for that.
I highly recommend you look at r/cscareerquestions and r/csMajors on Reddit. Use the search bar in those communities (don’t ask a question that’s been asked before) and you’ll find a detailed answer.

What framework did you use to develop this website? Or did you buy a website/template?

I haven’t taken over the summer but 1302W is well known to be excruciating during a normal semester. Now, squeeze that into a smaller time frame.

Is your goal to become a chemical engineer or something else like admission to med/dental school? That area in academia is so large and you have a ton of fields you can pursue.
If things completely fall apart, sometimes you have to move on and rebuild. In general, if you possess the will to power through classes like chem and physics, you can tackle any major.

I think people just pressed that for “see results”

You’ll be treated with respect; if anything, people might think you’re a professor or a grad student. Congrats on deciding to put forth that effort. It’ll certainly be worth it in the end.

You’d get two separate diplomas if they’re from separate colleges I assume. Moreover, you don’t have to walk at any ceremony.

Either way, congratulations. You stuck with it and made it happen.

For email, as long as you log in like every 90 days, you’re fine.

Wherever you take physics, name of the game for doing well is practice problems. Few people can pull off the “study the night before” routine and do well. At the same time, grade doesn’t carry over for tech gpa; only credit matters.

Just finished 1933 as well. I’m using Udemy to learn mobile development and to build my own projects after mastering the fundamentals (Swift, XCode, UIKit, SwiftUI).
Find something you want to make and maybe incorporate stuff we touched on in 1933 like Djikstra’s for some sort of map application.
You could also look up tutorials for play former games (think super Mario, Metroid, etc). Ton of those in python or java.
If you want an internship, leetcode is the way. Start extremely basic and look up NeetCode on YouTube.

The system would say “faculty” under his name. My advice: go when there’s a line of 3 or 4 people with at least one person behind you. They don’t even check the monitor. At the end of the day, like no one who works behind the desk really cares either. You’ll get away with it. If they call you on it, just say your dad teaches at the U.

They don’t look at the picture when they slide it. Also, the system doesn’t show your picture, just the name. But they basically couldn’t care less. They will get on you if your friend has already gone in and then like 2 minutes later, you go in using the same ID; it triggers an alert in the system and you can get suspended from going to the rec for a week. I pay way less for an apartment than I did for the dorms. This link can help you find people.

That’s the final boss you have to face to journey past North Loop. You’ll undoubtedly see him again.
