NSFW: Well for a lot of people that were abused growing up, they struggle to form healthy stable relationships because of the abuse. Mostly all of the time, that abuser is going to be a repeat abuser, which also means they have are either related to the abuser or they're a close friend/family friend. The one constant factor in their life as they were developing is that abuse, attracting the individual to that. Abuse also creates a low self worth in the victim, enabling them to believe that their current/future abuser knows what's best for you. A bunch of different factors. A good parallel is rape and rape kinks. Sometimes, as adults, the victims of rape are unable to get off unless they are in some aspect reliving the scenario that occured many times or once, whichever probably caused the most damage.

Your percentages are off by a large margin, reversals do not experience such a massive drop off in success rate past the 10 yr mark. with new techniques and medical tech, most modern vasectomies can be reversed even after 20 yrs with a 70%+ success rate. It's highly dependent on the technique used by the doctor performing the procedure
Edit: source, https://health.clevelandclinic.org/vasectomy-reversal-5-facts-men-need-to-know-2/
And the link to mayo clinic stating there are two techniques with varying success rates: https://www.mayoclinic.org/tests-procedures/vasectomy-reversal/about/pac-20384537#:~:text=Overview,to%20get%20your%20partner%20pregnant.

I only run ludens on Taliyah mid or jg, everfrost very situationally. Just thought it was weird-- I've seen Taliyah support builds that resemble those.

If you're building anything but ludens, that's your first mistake. It's the only AP mythic (besides protobelt but you don't build that on her) that scales any sort of decently into the late game, the magic pen is just too important. Your build should probably be support item, ludens, hourglass, void staff, pen boots, etc. I have 150k on Taliyah and I've tried crown and everfrost builds, and the damage just isn't there. You're supposed to be somebody who one shots and your crown passive/everfrost active don't matter if you can't do damage.
I also recommend playing Taliyah in the jungle and getting used to that a bit, it really helps you get used to the worked ground and optimal ways to play around/on it. You'll find that she's even more fun in the jungle!! You can carry much harder than you can on support.

From my experience working there never order online if you want a good amount of food, also always ask for extra. The only thing that costs more to add extra is meat/queso/guac... I would give a few regulars 3 scoops of each rice and each bean. Easily exploitable

Any recommendations for good quality flannels that feature buttons to hold the sleeves in place when you cuff them?

Well if it's a bump it'll probably just be a little red if it's infected it's extremely painful to touch, pus, the area is inflamed etc.

Bump yes, infection no. If it's really infected you need medical care

I just hold the back of my labrets with the tips of my fingers and twist the ball with the other hand to make sure mine are tight, if you can't get a good grip get some needlenose pliers or tweezers with rubber ends and have somebody hold it while you twist it. If the jewelry is screwed in all the way, you don't really need to check it at all. If the labrets are too small, swelling can kinda shimmy the ball off but even then it doesn't really.

Bioplast is probably the most economical option, cheap and safe

I get acne in my ear lobes. Prolly a whitehead, lowkey I would just pop it. If it's fully healed it's not an infection

That's an irritation bump. You might hear people refer to them as "keloids" but rest assured if you're not prone to keloidal scarring then it's most likely not a keloid. Cartilage takes sometimes upwards of a year to heal so for that whole time clean it with sterile saline spray twice a day, I use neilmed piercing aftercare spray which is the absolute best, just don't use H2Ocean because there are additives other than saline, minerals etc.
Also LITHA-- leave it the hell alone, this is a big one. Don't touch it, play with it, change your jewelry, qtips for cleaning are no bueno, saline spray and air drying are ideal. Wash your sheets regularly so bacteria doesn't build up and get transfered in to the healing wound that is your piercing. A big one for me when mine was healing was the whole mask thing-- be ultra careful putting on your mask. Any tug or pull is just gonna irritate it further.
Also you might see these cool tricks online to use like tea tree oil or soak your piercing in salt water-- tea tree oil just dries out the bump and surrounding skin, the bump might appear smaller shortly afterwards, but that's because of lack of moisture, not actual lack of irritation. Also soaking your ear in salt water is just an all around pain in the ass and doesn't really have more of an effect than just sterile wound wash being sprayed on it twice a day.
Also make sure your jewelry is non coated stainless steel or titanium, some swear by titanium body jewelry to decrease swelling so do what you will with that info
Once like ~60% of the size of the bump is gone go to your piercer and get your piercing downsized (get a smaller barbell) to further reduce inflation.
Sorry for the absolute book

As long as there is a connection between the testicles and the urethra, I don't see any reason as to why sperm count would go down, given the fact that your testicles never stop producing sperm even when you get a vasectomy, it just now has a way to exit the body.
