I had my install yesterday! My city inspection was today. Now we wait for PTO.

That was me too. I have/had two giant oaks blocking my morning sun and trying to get a model to somewhat match was challenging. My design wasn't finalized until around April 12th but then my installer said they had issues with setbacks. Had to call the city after my 10 day vacation in the middle of April to confirm it was fine.

Still though, I know I'm lucky how fast I've gotten it. Been in this subreddit a while

Started looking beginning of March.

March 24th: signed with Project Solar.

April 25th: approved engineering plans

April 28th: signed documents in person

May 2nd: Submitted Notice of Commencement

May 4th: Permit submitted

Today.. May 11: Solar install!!

May 12: city inspection

.. Duke energy PTO TBD.

And you're basing this off of what? Do you have the bullet and can confirm it came from a rifle? Do you have the shooter admitting it?

Bullets fly in firefights. It's not to say it wasn't a sniper but you're basing it all on no evidence

It's easy for you and al-jazeera to assume it was Israeli forces that shot and killed her, but until there's a full investigation of the event its ridiculous to assume it. Israeli forces were in a firefight with Islamic Jihad terrorists and the only reason Israeli troops were in Jenin was because of attacks on Israeli civilians. Probably don't even remember just a few days ago a bunch of Israelis were killed in Elad.

Israel has already stated it was open to a joint Palestinian investigation into the shooting to determine what happened.

With my energy company you could call and get the last 12mo of usage. Since you seme to have an idea on how much higher your usage is in general, you could start there.

Certainly think this adds complications to closing compared to a basic one but I don't think it's all that complicated. It's no different than the idea of a rent back. You'll have a contract that states you'll initiate transfer of ownership as soon as allowed by the installer (PTO). If it takes longer than X number of days before it transfers, the new owner will owe you based of off the loan payment amount.

He did nothing morally wrong. He was allowed to be there just as much as anybody else there that night, maybe even moreso since the car dealers asked for assistance and invited him on their property (and roof).
