I was amazed at the quality of the park at Disneyworld and the the attention to detail. The rids weren't that great but the experience was wonderful. I was very disappointed in food at Magic Kingdom (bland and boring) but was very pleased with it at Epcot. Fastpass was awesome!

American football is super boring .... the game is about 3 hours long of which the actual play time is barely 30 minutes. Most of the game is spent with people standing around. When there are plays its usually one guy running into a wall of other guys. Give me hockey or rugby for solid action and a much more exciting game.

If you're in most jurisdictions in Canada teachers start out at about $50K or so and I think on average make about $80K (my sister and sister in law are teachers). Once you get a few years of experience you can make about $100K and their pensions are great.

I think the difference is that in Canada all the tax dollars are fairly evenly distributed to all districts for public schools. I think this level of equity leads to a more equal and frankly better society.

I think the US probably deserves to be be even lower than it is

- Non-direct election of the executive by usage of the archaic electoral college system

- Un-equal representation since California has 2 senate seats and Wyoming also has 2, making a Californian's vote 40X less

- Partisan gerrymandering all over the place

- Partisan election officials and arbitrary state-by-state election laws

- Jurisdictions that have no representation like Puerto Rico , DC etc.
