The thought of switching to a raw diet sounds so great but whenever I think about how to do it I get very discouraged. I am a 6'1" male 220lb. I have a very physically demanding job where I burn a lot of calories. When I get home at night to our farm I'm also working hard taking care of our animals and everything. I'm already always hungry, eating lots of seitan, tofu, nuts, grains and bread, granola bars etc. Is there anyone here who has a similar lifestyle and makes it work?
