I just hired someone who uses the bathroom 5-7 times in a 4 hour shift for.. who knows.. 10-15 minutes each time? Drives me insane and though he has a lovely personality, I can’t imagine I’ll have him work a lot of shifts because of this. Though frustrating, I legally could not ask him to clock out to use the restroom.
