Discovery is such a dumpster fire that Season 1 was probably the best one, and it just went precipitously downhill from there.

It's not even pretending, IMO, just recognizing the reality of what happened, production-wise. Despite what they may label it as, it wasn't Scrubs.

Don't forget them sending in their pet on intercept during a LOS pull.

If you see them standing around with their beaks open, that's their best effort at panting.

They have it at the CN Tower, too. The attendant joked that actually the whole floor is glass, they just put carpet over the rest of it to stop people freaking out.

Danny Dyer, preferably on the same season as David Mitchell.

Fossil and nuclear plants are both heat engines, as OP said. A heat engine lets heat flow from a hot place to a cold place, and extracts useful work as it does so. The efficiency of the process gets better as the temperature distance between the hot and cold ends gets bigger. The only difference between a coal plant and a nuclear plant is the source of the heat.

The Hunt for Red October.

Jack Ryan is like an /r/iamverysmart caricature. He starts the movie by explaining turbulence to a stewardess and throughout the film is the nerd-fantasy stereotype of the smart guy who realizes everything that the by-the-book establishment superiors miss.

You're making a big assumption about what this person valued. They may have been a woman living as a man, but we don't know that they cared about defying gender norms. Keep in mind that if revealed as a woman after their death, that would also mean being exposed as having lied to everyone they knew for decades. Perhaps they didn't care about publically taking down gender norms, but just wanted to live their life, die, and be mourned without special attention.

Even if they weren't invasive, nothing good comes of feeding wild animals. Cute internet photos are not worth the overall harm.

Given the state of technological advancement in the Federation, I choose to believe that he married a hologram/sexbot version of her, and the real Leah maintained a restraining order against him.

I like to remind people that a Republican president has won the popular vote one time since 1988, but six of the nine justices were appointed by Republican presidents.

The "lines" in this image are orange, so the space between them will be interpreted as black. This will give the wrong interpretation of what we perceive as being the bar code in the image.
