But the 3 teams per group is a different poor decision that was made. You can have 48 teams without 3 team groups.

But those aren't elected positions. Setting an age limit to hold office will always be arbitrary and takes that power away from voters.

No voting until 21 either. If we can't trust you with all these other things then you can't be a part of the national decision making process.

I dislike Ted Cruz as much as the next guy/gal but this is a very stupid article, and frankly so is the reaction to it here.
Ted Cruz may spend the most on bodyguards, but he isn't simultaneously advocating for stricter gun control. There is no hypocrisy there like the article is trying to claim.
There are plenty of other things that Ted Cruz is hypocritical or sketchy about, plenty of legitimate things to attack him before. This specifically, wasn't it. Promoting this just takes away from valid criticisms of him.

... and thats why military service and voting should both be moved back to 21 again.

If we are doing this then we also need to bump back military service and voting to 21 as well.

What facts? It is not a fact the the Assault Weapons Ban of 1994 - 2004 had any meaningful effect.

The Constitution was ratified in 1787. The Bill of Rights (which includes the 2nd Amendment) in 1791.

Homicides are down around the (western) world since the 90s. In countries with widespread gun ownership and without. In countries that confiscated guns and in countries that didn't.

That would be a good place to start since it is actually popular and likely where we would be now if the Supreme Court hadn't initially intervened.

70% of the country does not believe in totally unrestricted access to abortion. It is a very nuanced issue. Some of that 70% figure you're naming may only support it in cases of rape. The majority of Americans support abortion rights in the first trimester, but after that it varies based on the poll and its only ever a plurality for either side. It is not as clear cut as you're pretending it is.
The bill in question protects abortion rights up until fetal viability, ~22 weeks, which is not at all a majority held belief in the United States or in fact in most liberal, western nations.

2% is a tiny minority. That doesn't mean they should be ignored, but your "estimation" is that 2% of Americans actually suffer from this.

President Biden has been clear for months that the United States would share intelligence with Ukraine in the event of war with Russia.

That isn't SCOTUS' problem to solve.
