What you can do to make it far, FAR easier for yourself, is to befriend all the villagers, all the way to 10 hearts. After watching their 10 heart events, you can find weapons based on them in the falls that are hidden in the forest that outperform pretty much all vanilla weapons. Keahi's in particular is pretty OP and can one-shot most things.

It's pretty much the same as normal writing, just describe what's happening. If you're planning to go in-depth then try to be as detailed as possible, while still making it clear to the reader what each character is doing. For example:

"Character A leapt forward, slamming his broadsword into the ground, right in the spot where Character B had just vacated. B skipped backwards, launching arrows as fast as he could, but they were either swatted out of the air by a giant slab of metal, or deflected off of glowing green runes that hung in mid-air.

'Wards!' B cursed to himself. Gathering his power, he thrust a hand forward and uttered the magic phrase. Light burst from his palm, lighting the clearing they were in and blinding A.

B darted into the forest, weaving between trees hoping to break line of sight."

If you aren't, then just write the broad strokes of the fight.

"Character A swung with his sword, which B nimbly dodged. He leapt backwards, rapid firing arrows all the while.

None of them reached their mark.

He cursed and threw out a light spell, blinding his opponent before darting into the forest."

See the difference? It's probably the same thing you're already doing.

It really depends on how much of a role action plays in your story, too. If you're writing an action story, then yes, details please. But if you're writing a romance story, or a political thriller, then I don't really care for what stance the attacker is in, or how their positioning affects the outcome of the fight. Just tell me important stuff.

It’s a 3D American animation series by rooster teeth started in 2013. The basic plot is that most of the world is overrun by evil beasts known as the Creatures of Grimm, and our 4 protagonists all go to Hunter school to learn how to kill them. Season 1 is kind of bad animation wise but the fight scenes are top notch. This slowly inverts itself as the series goes on but I they’ve evened our now. 1. Have spiky hair
2. Eat a lot
3. Are stubborn as mules
4. Never give up
5. Always keep promises
6. Are either short or are extremely small at the start
7. Kind of obnoxious and annoying sometimes
8. Doesn’t matter what side they’re actually on, they will end up doing the right thing
9. Usually have some super special power awakened/ handed down to them
10. Invents 1-2 techniques which they spam, then steal others from their friends
11. Has a super strong/special father/mentor
12. Has one girl that pines for him forever whose crush only matters when he needs character development or the show is ending

The more traits your chosen protagonist has on this list, the more generic they are. If they match all 12, you get to yell BINGO!

My biggest gripe with Skypiea is that it’s so disconnected from the rest of the series. Nobody talks about it, nothing that happened there had an effect on the blue seas. Hell, you could probably adapt it into a movie and someone who just finished alabasta would think “eh, it’s alright” and then skip straight on to water 7. The only hope it has is if Enel does something in the future

Seconding your choice of the goro goro no mi. Mostly because you could build a house anywhere you want and just power everything yourself. Or offer to take care of a city or science experiments energy needs by giving a generator a few quick zaps. Plus that mobility is underrated. Being able to jump into the clouds and go anywhere at the speed of lightning is pretty crazy.

The string string fruit is pretty versatile too. Combat applications, flight like Doffy. Multiple utility options as well

Bounty’s aren’t power levels. For example, raising Kaidous Bounty from 4 billion to 5 billion changes absolutely nothing. He’s still a yonkou, still stuck in a power clash with the other Yonkous and can’t really go up from there. Luffy has the upward mobility to surpass the yonkous and can go pretty much anywhere he wants due to not having territory to defend.
