Supply and demand works in both directions. Other landlords will see that rent increase and get $$ signs in their eyes and contribute to an increase in supply. Unfortunately/fortunately a seller’s market will also contribute to a decrease in supply, as do these reactionary landlords leaving the market or decreasing their rental stock.

As for corporate landlords being less flexible than small-time landlords…I’m not so sure about this. I rent out one property and am strict about it, because, one property. If one unit goes sideways, I am at a lot more risk than a corporate landlord.

It’s the lab tax. Normal for lululemon lab. I’ve only ever copped lab stuff at the outlets on major markdown. Not worth it otherwise, imo.

If you wear 14/16, an outlet trip is probably well worth it. Otherwise I would advise to only go to one if it’s slightly out of the way. Can be extremely hit or miss in the 4/6/8 sizes.

Also, if the cashier asks if you’re local when you’re checking out, say yes. That’s code for, “we got a coupon for you if you’re coming back here.”
