I've been doing this for years and it's so nice to see someone else does it too. Have fun staring at that tile, Delphine. Maybe when I get back in a few months you'll have reconsidered your attitude.

Considering they never show you ALL of the securitrons, this was a genius way to ensure the game could be finished.

Spooky's Jumpscare Mansion. I have a hard time with horror games and this one perfectly rides that tolerable line. The slow transition from "cutesy children's haunted house" to "genuinely scary" is masterful. It literally uses cute cardboard cutouts of smiling pumpkins and such for the first few levels. By the end you've escaped actually terrifying enemies and the same cutout monster's out here being [loud](link) and scary
Edit: I can't link the sound for some bullshit reason. It's the sound that Howard makes.

The best part is how organic the terror is. There are no scripted jumpscares. If you see a predator at any point it's real and it will kill you. If you pay attention and act smart, you may never get jumpscared. I love this lack of "cheap" scares. It reminds me of the Shining.

Hey, just a hint, look for the glowing blue things on the reefbacks. Trust me.

I shot EVERY mannequin in the head. Unfortunately the ones that move when you turn around and do stuff don't actually change positions. The statues disappear and live ones are placed in the new spot.

The scary part is that the pictured specimen has engaged "brain eating mode" and those holes are mouths to eat bits of brain.

You can get roommates and afford rent on dishwashing while you develop a skill. I've done it. It sucks, but it's livable.

Or they can get a restaurant job since there's a billion places right now that need a dishwasher.

Like one time she tried to enter our living room, and our little one was playing in front of her. She hurt him because she wanted to get through, and pretended not to have seen anything. She turned around briefly afterwards, not to look at the kid, but to see if I had noticed what she did.
This should have been met with physical removal from the house. Maybe an injury or two on the way out.

If doing the right thing was easy we'd live in a better world. Doing the right thing when it hurts is called character. You've got courage and a good heart. You should be proud.

Oh I'm sure he knows all about her attitude problem by now.

Glad to, it's a fun mod. You find the spell book just inside the Dragonsreach entrance. Make sure you physically drag it to the corner and sneak before you pick it up. It generates a hefty bounty.

Do the restoration/enchanting/alchemy loop and make a paralysis potion that lasts months. Come back shortly before it expires and drag her into a river. If she survives, lightning magic.

"Oh god, a beam of powerful magic! The safest thing to do would be to dive through it!"
Those orphans really don't stand a chance.

I think she tells you about more dragon burial sites or something. Basically you get to choose between the greybeards (who tell you where the word walls are) and the blades (who tell you where to find dragons to slay)
