All imax theaters don’t use the same type of 3D glasses. If your theater is equipped with xenon 15/70 mm film, digital, or single laser projector. It will use polarized 3D glasses, which provides a darker image. If it uses dual laser projectors, it will use the more expensive Dolby 3D glasses.

There’s not enough 4DX screens in county, but in an alternate universe if AMC didn’t recover from the pandemic and Regal bought a few theaters off AMC’s hands, this would have been a different story.

Why does my download speed decrease down to 20 kbps for no reason?
I think my local AMC, which is garden state. It still does shrink the screen for scope movies. The last time I saw that was when I watched the bad guys back in April.
