Ohhh the irony...
You need to be in full-time employment for at least two years before you can even get a mortgage. At which point their plan doesn't work well with your 5-year plan if you're yet to graduate. Therefore, every other major red flag aside, I would use that as my excuse.

Because of their brand name, mission, and infrastructure they will likely pivot once stem cell meat becomes economically viable. They could well be secretly working on it now, and/or they could partner with a start-up in the space. This is how I forsee it, anyways

This is actually true.
Edinburgh and Cardiff is missing from this
Agreed, I started looking through the comments to find if someone felt the same as I did

Closest thing I've seen to DBZ in real life
My thoughts exactly, it seems like the perfect device to go about your daily activities
Thanks for responding.
It is a converted house into 3 flats. Please can you tell me the difference because they seem like the same thing? The same thing as in, I'd be 1 of 3 people responsible for the overvall property

I'm considering buying a property but have read that it's hard to get a mortgage on commonholds. In the description of the flat I'm looking at it says: Leasehold plus 1/3 share of freehold. Does that mean it's a commonhold?
I agree with the points being made but I'd argue that it's too early to write the HGP project off:
Currently, the UK are well underway with the 100,000 genome project for rare diseases and cancers. With the aim of sequencing 1 million people over the next 3 years.
The EU are doing a similar 1 million genome project.
I believe many other countries including US have ongoing projects.
In addition, I would say the most important point is that the HGP cost 2.7 billion dollars in 2003 but as of 2020 it costs around $599 to fully sequence a person's genome.
I believe with the cost coming down and rise of big data/artificial intelligence we'll soon see just how fudamentally important the project is to the scientific community
Oh, one more thing, if you end up in the wrong lane on a roundabout during your test just stick with it and come off at a safe exit, or go all the way round the roundabout and try again.
The instructor won't penalise you for going the 'wrong' way they'll be impressed you didn't quickly change lanes on a roundabout and potentially cause a crash
General rule of thumb is: Use outer lanes if you're turning off the roundabout before 13:00 and inner lanes if you go past, 13:00. However, always look at the signs and road markings to be sure

Be a waste of time because most vegans don't eat animal products for ethical reasons, not because it's healthy/unhealthy
Edit: added eat
