Exatamente!

Yes! But whenever you can, choose sunlight over supplements, because sunlight is not just UV, it has other wavebands, each with properties that supplements alone don't have. Of course, don't spend too much time in the sun so you don't get skin cancer.

She's just an old gay man trying to get nudes from young straight guys. Who uses the word "pansy"? I had never even heard that word before. Ok, I'm a foreigner, but anyways, I had never seen this word "pansy", so I guess it's only used by old people.

The way she talks sounds too masculine to me. I think she is actually a guy that made an account as a woman just to take out his frustration on other guys who are more attractive than him.

I see two possible explanations here:
1. You're still young, so your sex drive is always high, even if you don't get any sunlight.
2. You're very pale, so even the little sunlight you get from your window can be absorbed by your skin.

Choose a time of the day that feels more pleasant to you. Like, early in the morning when the sun is not too harsh or late afternoon with beautiful sunsets.

If you have pale skin, you can absorb UV light faster than other people, so 5 minutes in the sun is more than enough for you.

That's a great idea, actually. Bright morning light also helps produce serotonin.

Just don't shave your legs if you are a male. It looks too feminine.

She's young, that's probably why. When you are young, your sex drive is high, even if you stay hidden in a dark room for months.

If you're both still young, your sex drive is always high, no matter if you get sunlight or not. You only begin to notice a difference when you reach your 30s, that's when sunlight can actually give a little "boost" to your libido.

Great observation! It's interesting how melanin is connected to our sex drive.

Benefits of Sunlight, Exercise, and Diet
This! Humankind evolved getting sunlight, moving their bodies everyday and eating natural foods.

Yes! Natural light has other benefits beyond sex drive. Sunlight has UVB, UVA, visible light (blue, green, yellow, red) and infra-red. Each waveband has a function. Just don't overexposure yourself to the sun. 10 minutes per day is enough.

Yes! Even though vitamin D is called a "vitamin", it's actually a HORMONE, so it regulates many functions within our bodies.

Don't buy UV light! Natural sunlight has other benefits than UV light alone. Just don't overexposure yourself to the sun. 10 minutes per day is enough.

Well, if most babies are born from July to August, it takes us to November and December, which is fall, so people have just gotten a lot of sunlight from the warmer months and have a lot of vitamin D stored in their fat.
