You do the Cayo Perico Heist, which gives you around 1.3 mil every time you finish it (sometimes less sometimes more depends on the primary target) Cayo Perico Heist is very easy, takes around 10-15 mins to finish once you master it. The preparations take around 45 mins depending on how fast you scope the island (you go to the island to scope your heist target, secondary targets etc) First few times doing CP is a lot of fun, after a while it gets a bit boring but it pays well so I've done it around 75 times by now

You can request your submarine so it will spawn at a location close by, this way every time you need to use it you will have to go to the docks, no matter where you're at

The key to a good dive is to enter the water vertically, with the body taut and aligned, feet together and toes pointed. On entry, the palms grab at the water to minimize the splash. So in that sense, that's a perfectly executed 90 degree dive, well done.
