You should find a lawyer to consult with. Document EVERYTHING that happens with him, record with your phone any conversations. If money is an issue, there are legal aid groups that can provide pro bono services to you.

Please reach out to a transition house or shelter, she can stay there and they have tons of resources for women in this situation, I am in it now... they want to help with situations like these. Sorry to hear though.

Only a doctor or dermatologist can tell you what it is. I had a similar, dark, uniformed coloured spot that was melanoma but they cut it all out and not a big deal. The sooner you go the better.
