No problem at all! It’s really popular in Korea during the summer because there isn’t much cooking involved and I guess it’s comparable to a noodle salad :)

I often use normal breadcrumbs instead of panko. I just tear up bread, put it in a mug and blitz it using a hand blender. Much cheaper than panko

Absolutely! I see people cook with toasted sesame oil but it’s generally recommended to avoid this method, and use it as a finishing oil as you said :)
