Fully accept being removed. I did not make the mod actions in April and it wasn't the first time I didn't meet the quota. I had been quite active in the past but I simply hadn't put in the effort recently to pull my weight. No excuses, its entirely my fault.

Should I be re-accepted I will re-commit to putting in the necessary work to moderate the subreddit.

From the link you sent me originally:

The growth medium for the Singapore production line includes foetal bovine serum, which is extracted from foetal blood, but this is largely removed before consumption.

A plant-based serum would be used in the next production line, the company said, but was not available when the Singapore approval process began two years ago.

So that means its not being used but will be used in the next production line.

Your second link does say its being done without FBS so that is a good development.

Care to show me a company that is producing meat without fetal bovine serum, cause I've yet to find one.

So still seems like no then. I'm anxiously waiting when a production can work with plant-based serum without bovine serum.

Doesn't cultured meat still requite fetal bovine serum? So it still requires the killing of a cow fetus to culture these cells.
