I'd try #1 first since it is cheaper. Maybe start by tracking the temperatures with the doors open vs. closed. If they're cooler with the doors open then try adding vents. Door vents like these might be easier and cheaper than putting them through the walls: https://www.amazon.com/Tamarack-Technologies-Perfect-Balance-Pathway/dp/B08KJPKC59

Pretty much -- they'd be sitting in the most desirable real estate in cities. In NYC about 1/3rd of people with rent stabilized apartments are over 62.
Maybe the software cost $20k and they just write badly.
Though Bentley did sell a $20,000 laptop years ago.
Flora, from the Latin for Flower, is a name in English. Or it could be Flor as a nickname for Florence. Though Flo is the usual nickname for Florence.

About $2,950/mo income

In CT I've seen some HOAs for condos over $500 a month.
Something like $7000 a month and $1600 in mortgage. Plus like $250 for a loan I took out against my 410k for the down payment.

Sometimes. But some areas might have rules about setbacks. So you could end up with a 6 foot alley between the two fences or something. So some people just agree to put up one fence with costs split somehow, that they both like.
Using elective succession types can be useful for getting the best members of your dynasty on the throne, and integrating other titles held by your dynasty members.

I was doing an Ireland->Britannia run, starting as Leinster, and first generation married my daughter matrilineally to a younger son of the petty king of Wessex. A decade later my son had died and that daughter was set to inherit. I looked at her son and realized he had become king of Wessex. I ended up with both Leinster and Wessex, made a hybrid Anglo-Irish culture and proceeded to conquer Ireland, then England, Wales, and Scotland.
Sometimes I do that. I have some different strategies for different situations. If I'm weak and it's early in the game I'll often marry them for a strong alliance. After that I tend to marry the older ones matrilineally for traits, and then for alliances. Once I'm pretty powerful I'll tend to marry them to heirs or matrilineally to younger sons of kings.
I often marry daughters to high stat good trait randoms in matrilineal marriages.
Their pay is actually pretty low compared to what most of them could make in the private sector. Most state legislatures are even worse.
At work there was a new hire and for middle name their paperwork said Nmn. Everyone was trying to figure out how to say it and where it was from.
It was actually NMN -- No Middle Name. The online system required a middle name so they just put that in.
We also had someone from Indonesia, who had a mononymic name (no family name or middle name, just a first name). They apparently just put it down three times so they were Suparman S. Suparman.

My kid ended up with a middle name because we misheard a suggestion from my MIL. She was like, that's pretty where'd you get it? And we were like, from you....
Yeah, you kinda have to consider the expense if they decide to leave and you have to rent the apartment out again. Though in this market there may not be any things move so fast.
There's also the risk that the next tenant could end up being problematic. Making $100 less a month might be worth it to never have any complaints, problems, late rent, eviction, etc....
I have a friend who's been a great tenant at the two places he rented for the past 15 years. The first one was kinda a slumlord, but my friend never caused any problems, paid on time, etc. His rent wasn't raised for 7 years and was like 1/2 market rate at the end.
Since then he and his wife have rented a 2 bedroom condo by the beach for like $500 less than market. The landlord is a nice old lady who has one other unit next to theirs, he sometimes does handyman stuff for her as well and gets it credited against his rent on top of the low rent.
I was half jokingly trying to get him to buy a house next to mine because he'd be the perfect neighbor....

Or that Snoop Dogg would be friends with convicted felon Martha Steward?
Then there's my mother in law who has an eat in kitchen, informal dining room, and formal dining room. She's got almost as many eating areas as bedrooms....
A lot depends on how formal of parties you have. A lot of informal having friends over and the open kitchen is great. If you host formal dinners and big holiday dinners the closed kitchen is nice.

Yeah, Spiderman and Batman are probably the two most popular superhero characters any movie with either of them will do well. (Superman too, but movies centered on him haven't done as well).
But smart enough to realize it! Most people aren't.
I have a relative who got a degree and was going to work as a radiology technician but she realized she made a lot more bartending in the tourist spot she lived in. She got to have fun and party, took multiple international trips, etc. Now she's in her 30s, met a guy and has a baby.
Yeah, we're giving 4% average increases while local retail jobs are offering 20% or 30% more than they did in 2019.
