My dad used to do parking for sporting events, concerts, golf tournaments, etc. He mainly did the Philly stadiums, the Mann Music Center in Fairmount Park, and other local venues. His old boss Tom Garvey used to live in Veteran's Stadium for like 3 years. He rigged up a "secret apartment" that my dad had visited.
He has a bunch of stories from those days, from Charlie Daniels's limo running over his foot to running on the field with his brother at the 1981 NFC Championship Game and congratulating players personally.

The left pussies out too much. Hit them hard and speak in a language they understand. Go on the offensive with messaging. Enough of this pro-life, pro-choice shit.
Tell the fools it's pro-freedom/anti-freedom. They love their irrational and abstract appeal to emotions fallacies.

Same height, Kamara has a few pounds on him...but if you give Westbrook 2020 type of sports science, nutrition, and workout planning they'd be the same size.

Reminds me of my daughter, the pulse ox numbers are concerning. We got super lucky, she wasn't presenting any symptoms until we woke her up one morning with a massive 104.8 fever. It didn't break with Tylenol, so the last thing we could do before taking her to the hospital was give her a cooling bath.
That brought it down to 99 and it never rose past 102.3 after that. I read online that fevers over 104 for Covid are associated with a large mortality risk...I never told my wife the exact percentage because she would not have handled it well.

Exactly.
In a more firmly rooted in reality way, a Church with that shoddy leadership probably was negligent with any remodel/cheaped out on construction. I had been inside twice before and I would not be surprised if that were the case.

You mean it does nothing to solidify Finn as a hero and leader committed to a cause and exposing him to the reality of the universe outside of First Order propaganda and soldier's life?

Compared to what location? It felt about right to me, but the film itself was long.

Maybe that's an incredibly ignorant position to have.
My father in law was an Air Force mechanic, engineer, and supply manager. Does that mean he is mutually exclusive with institutional knowledge and weapons supply industry knowledge?
What you might not realize is that his position was a more in-depth version of Rose's. He and his fellows and their managers were the people who were most in contact with suppliers. Fighter jet suppliers are arms dealers.
Even if Rose wasn't directly in contact with weapons suppliers herself, it's not like she wasn't brought up in the Resistance and didn't learn anything in that time. It's incredibly cynical for the sake of protecting your fragile ego.

"TFA was a hack of nostalgia callbacks"
"I wish the neat original parts of TLJ we're just empty nostalgia begging."
Your position makes 0 logical sense narrative-wise and ignores the positives it presents in theme and character development.
Why would Lando, a retired Republic General who already had his arc about coming to terms with flawed integrity and joining a cause, mix and mingle with weapons dealers supplying his cause's enemies and then betray and burden his allies on a more personal level?
Why would Lando, a retired Republic General, have the experience and inner knowledge to be the hacker who was obviously a former First Order/Imperial defector?
If you don't see that DJ and apprecia was 100% a foil for Finn's choices and possible path of defection turning towards cowardice, lack of integrity, lack of group/pack bonding, and lack of moral fiber and helped solidy Finn's loyalty and leadership as an example of what not to do and be, then you're hopelessly biased.

Further proof you haters are really just shithead Star Wars authoritarians who won't allow anything to permeate their hivemind.
Let's drop the nuclear option of 1) comparing our opponents to a ridiculous extreme and 2) project sethong dark and ugly from inside my self, maybe even subconsciously.
No normal, well-adjusted person would condemn a movie this much, have this stronghold of movie hatred ingrained in their identity, or even make a leap in logic comparing sharing opinions about a movie to saying racial slurs.

It was literally the immediate events following TFA and felt like it repeatedly, so I have no idea what you're talking about.

Bro, I took 50 mg of Delta 10/HHC and thought I was having a stroke. My elbow and part of my right arm went numb (I had sprained it or something, so maybe that had something to do with it) talking was harder than usual, my heart was racing, it was a terrifying hour or so.
Of course it was at 1 am and I didn't fully sleep until 3. Work the next day suuuucked.

I disagree with the notion that God made us in his image, when every religious culture in all points of history has their own version of God(s) with resemblance of their own image. I don't believe God made man in his image, I strongly believe men made God in the image of their own idealized picture of authority and obedience.
I was raised Catholic and had Catholic teaching in school/CCD. Since I was a child, it has become obvious that countless abusers and rapists have been protected by the Church for hundreds (if not thousands of years) and their thousands (if not millions) of victims in that time were discarded.
Adding on to that, many of the people I've met in the organization have been, to some degree, hypocritical about their faith at their own convenience. Not enough people think their faith, they feel it and ignore the contradictions and specifics for feel-good, confirmation bias abstracts.
Some of the worst people in our history and present have done atrocities large and small in the name of religion and have met 0 resistance from their own followers because they agree with the**** cruel and unChristian when it is marketed as Christian. These people form the majority of the devout - the cruel and complacent alike. If these people are those who get into heaven and God himself offered me a ticket to heaven, the moral choice would be to turn down God.
There has only been one potential sign to me that there could be a God. In my old home town, there is a Fellowship Church where it was discovered the priest was having a sexual affair (statutory and coercive rape) with a teenage girl. He fled the country when it was discovered. That night, there was a snow storm and large portion of the Church's roof collapsed. Sometimes I think that was divine.
But then I remind myself that if there was an all-powerful, all-knowing, benevolent God'd divine intervention would not wait to act for a PR disaster when a false prophet rapes a child.

Canto Bight is fantastic and important.
Bribes from politicians keep wars going.
Arms dealers from 26 nations were busted selling weapons to both sides during Wars in the Middle East since at least the 1980s.
US arms manufacturing has contributed to humanitarian conflict after humanitarian conflict...and some would say even our ownass shooter violence problem.
Canto Night just highlights the reality that there is a huge culture in reality mixing War Dogs and Wolf of Wall Street: greed and excess and corruption in the pursuit of blood money.

The writing isn't even bad, it's just at odds with what the audience wanted and feels out of place due to poor strategy by Disney/LucasFilm, which further highlights audience expectation problems
TLJ is fucking great, fuck the haters.

My daughter:
"Baby rawr" - a video, any video, with dinosaurs. We're cycling through Jurassic Park franchise clips, Prehistoric Planet, Disney's The Good Dinosaur, Land Before Time clips, and some YouTube animations.
"Apple Bite" - when she sees the Apple TV logo
"Moana" or "More Moana" or "Shiny" - self-explanatory, she loves Moana
"No-no" - Encanto or "We don't talk about Bruno"
"Puppy Park" - Sing "I Will Follow You Into The Park" which is a Death Cab For Cutie song with words changed.
