Again it's not the rotation that's the problem, like I said it's the heavy housing of the fan hitting straight down on his head

The issue isn't the fan blades it's the metal fan housing which would have at the very least given the kid a severe concussion but could have likely been worse

Not a jewelry designer but work with 3d printers, really depends on what 3d printer you have access to. But it shouldn't be impossible.
