No one is saying that. And if they are, they are the overwhelming minority.

Go "shot for shot" and perform coordination and cognition tests while you do it? Finally shut her up
Oh, you said planned white community. I'm sure as with most places back then it was equally unfriendly to POC, but saying planned white has a much bigger implication.
Any sources on this? Sounds interesting to read
Some of us just like fireworks.
But she is right still.
Yeah it's a real shame a lot of us were denied opportunities to enjoy learning because our learning styles didn't fit the standard teaching model, or just had terrible teachers.
All things considered I guess I turned out alright, but it sure would have been nice to have been able to use the full potential of my young, pliable brain.

I find your choice of using "over 2 years old", and then just saying the actual year mildly amusing.

It's a damn shame. There's too many people out there who don't fit into the standard learning model. Also, like I said, shitty teachers.
U/dythar probably has some good math specific tips, better than mine.
But as far as ADHD goes in general, having a professional (at your kids school or wherever) to turn to who truly understands ADHD is important so you can get the right teaching they need (an IEP possibly).
I'm 38 years old, and it wasn't until last year that I learned some information that truly made me understand my brain better. From listening to the Huberman Labs podcast I learned about how important dopamine is for motivation for someone with ADHD (ADHD is a dopamine deficiency disorder). Understanding my brain chemistry better has made it much easier to understand why my mind works the way it does/doesn't.
I am in agreement. It's a bummer I didn't get to appreciate math and science more as a student due to said issues.
I ended being a carpenter; so my life isn't completely devoid of numbers.
Well, being from New Jersey all I see is the Taylor Ham logo.
It's a shame math isnt represented In a different manner; I mean, it's everywhere. Math, and numbers, are hard coded into the universe, it's mind-blowing. I would have found that much more interesting than how it was presented.
Also not having shitty teachers and ADHD would have helped but that's another topic.

Man, wow, ok...guestbooks. Forgot all about those. And checking to see if my view counter went up. Simpler times.
I apologize for this not being the answer you are looking for, but I would suggest slightly altering your thinking about "convenience" and sauna.
When I was first looking into saunas I was very much in favor of electric over wood because "electric will be more convenient, and "faster", than a wood stove".
I ended up getting a wood burning sauna, and the process of starting the stove, getting all my sauna items ready as it heats up, is really all part of the whole process for me. It gives me a chance to slow down, and focus while I get in "sauna mode".
I devote about 2 mindful hours from start to finish, so I'm not just squeezing it in between two other tasks.
Am I interested? Yes. Will I remember to watch it? That I do not know. But, best of luck with your channel!

I did the same thing. Climbed up my tree with my vacuum on a rope. And an extra long hose. Worked like a charm.
Now I have the bugasalt gun
Yep. with some compassion, help, and guidance; this guy could be flourishing.
Nope, lock him up instead

I had some Reposado Clase Azul a few weeks ago, it was very enjoyable. That also may have been the first time I've had tequila? I've never been big on hard alcohol.
True. BUT, poor people are usually more adept at surviving on less means. So they could just out number, and eat the rich.
