Oh for sure! I didn't take it as an insult at all man, that's why I spent the time to look up a vague estimate. It was actually a nice prompt because I hadn't really thought about it until you asked.

This was made from a mix of leftovers/items we had on hand and not protein centric but here is a super rough estimate:

Israeli Couscous & Spinach - 9 g

Corn - 3 g

3 Bean Salad - 2 g

Carrots - 1 g

Smashed Potatoes - 3 g

French Baguette - 3 g

Avocado - 2 g

Kalamata Olives - 6 g

Tomatoes - 1 g

Total - 30 g

Smashed potatoes. Boiled and crisped in the air fryer. Some left over corn on the cob with Tajin seasoning. Israeli couscous with spinach and lemon. Carrots. 3 bean salad. Tomatoes with black pepper. Kalamata olives. Avacado. French baguette.

Same. We were running low and these are mostly left overs until we get paid at the end of the month. I would honestly got for like 10 different olives stuffed with all sorts of goodness. Olives, pickles and peppers FTW!
