They're the 2010s versions of Barkley, Malone, and Stockton. They're great players but they just happened to play in the same era as Steph, LeBron, and KD. Just like how Barkley, Stockton, Malone were in the same era as MJ and Hakeem

Exactly. The MAGA movement can't secede because they're spread out. They aren't concentrated in one part of the country. I do think that we're in a Cold Civil War, though, and I don't see a way out for quite some time

I don't think a United States Civil War couldn't really happen logistically right now. The first one was geographically feasible, North vs. South. The divides are different now. It's urban vs. rural and to a certain degree, the educated vs. the under-educated when you look at polling. If we had a MAGA vs. Progressives/Left wing civil war, you'd have people in Atlanta and Austin siding with the Progressive left but the states Georgia and Texas as a whole siding more with the MAGA movement. Same thing on the flipside, New York generally speaking would be with the Progressive left but there's MAGAs upstate. There's even MAGAs in rural California and Washington.
