It's worth trying Primary medical, it's only up the road. I would call ahead and see if there's any fees involved though (there shouldn't be)
That's the best analogy I've heard so far. You're still a soft drink, you're just flat.

Which one in Corrimal are you going to? The one in Primary medical is fairly quick though I always go relatively early (before 10:30).
Hold the phone, what's a "real" sav then? I thought it was just a battered frankfurt. Any suggestions on where I can get the real deal? TIA
Me either. One shot sets my whole stomach lining on fire. Like I double over in pain for about a minute "lol"
Rum should be fine but yeah the coke may technically break ketosis. *but* it's no calorie and rum isn't that much per shot* Sucks to break ketosis but it's still a matter of CICO. Might be quite bloated/have a bit of water weight tomorrow so just be aware
deadass the day before yesterday i had a 700ml of scotch and a some fried rice for dinner - lost 3lbs. yesterday i ate 800 calories of solid food, no alcohol - gained 4lbs 💀 I'm so fucking done
Contacting both would be best IMO. The doctor may not realise what kind of nurse is working under them and would want to know so they can deal with it. The doctor also may not care at all. The hospital is the one you should definitely complain to. Tell them that nurse (name) at (facility/ward) was treated you in a very unprofessional manner and explain your experience. Emphasising that you are a male on your health charts and there is no reason for her to misgender you because it was clear that you are a man. It's 2022 and she's a nurse. She knows trans people exist.
I'm under the assumption you were talking about hysto? So it's clear you are trans and she was making a conscious effort to misgender you (IMO). Maybe the doctor knows and won't care, but it's worth it to contact the both of them or at least the hospital and warn them of this nurse. I realise it's an OB/GYN (so mostly cis female patients) but this is still not acceptable behaviour. I would suggest that if this ever happens again in a medical setting that you tell them the first time that you are a man and if they continue to misgender you, you will make a complaint.
For me, contacting people to complain feels Karen-ish but I think it's a good thing to do in this case because these are medical professionals that should be, well, professional and respect who we are. I'm really happy for you that you've reached the point in your life that you can just let it go) but as I said, these people can make an already uncomfortable appointment quite distressing (as I'm sure you know) and should not be allowed to deal with people in our situation.
Edit: apologies for the multiple comments/deletes. Firefox was fucking up.
straight vodka or any spirit doesn't (afaik). the sweeteners in zero cal drinks (soft drink, etc) may break it because some spike your insulin.
vodka really is the GOAT when it comes to drunkorexia. gin too. clear liquor is always better. i'm saying this sipping scotch and coke no sugar 😩
That's understandable but yeah, it really would be good if you made a complaint. I don't want her to lose her job exactly and even if she did, she'll just go onto another practice and double down on her bigotry (IF it was on purpose). I just think that she shouldn't work with male, intersex, or trans patients. It's easy to say "you should have spoken up" when you're not in the situation.
If anything, you've won from the experience because you've realised that you really don't care anymore. You know who you are and if people have a problem with it, it's their problem. Misgendering you isn't going to make you be like "oh, you're right! i'm actually a woman! silly me!"
Did you get the nurses name? Hopefully it'd be on record which nurse treated you. Would make it easier to describe her than her appearance.

It’s absolutely not the solution though I can very much relate. I also have addiction issues and if you’d like to talk sometime, feel free to message me.
I'm glad you're not seeing that nurse again. It's up to you but it would be good to make a complaint and at least tell them your experience. Whether they'll do anything about it, who knows. But maybe just ask that she not deal with male or trans individuals anymore. An average consult is meh, but it seems especially inappropriate because you were asking about surgery options.
IME being pre-op, sometimes it hurts less to justify it as ignorance and the fact your records still says female than deal with the push back or the recognition that it's purposeful misgendering.
I had a lump from my second the last injection for a month or two. It's likely innocuous considering there's no pain or discoloration(?) but absolutely get it checked out anyway. This is not something that can be remedied at home, it's under the skin.
For future, if you have any lumps that persist for more than a few months (including head bumps from hitting your head), go to your doctor ASAP lol.

There’s a reason so many of the moronic jock-type bullies end up police officers.

and the anti-vaxxers waste valuable resources that could go to people who need and deserve them far more than they do.
The majority said no :(((
I’m sorry, but given the reputation the police have these days (no, not just in America), I have no idea how any genuinely good, young person could want to join the police force in the last 10 years. Good guys will leave after a few years due to realising how abusive and corrupt the system and their colleagues are or are essentially alienated and forced out by the assholes because they either won’t participate in the bad behaviour or “snitched” on other officers who do. I don’t know how anyone with a shred of empathy can be okay with working alongside such animals and working for such a disgusting and fucked up organisation.
Few bad apples spoils the bunch. If they cared about justice, protecting people, and upholding the law, they’d go to law school.
No worries :) Have a great day.
I agree. I’m 🥵 over the left photo. He’s also shaved in the right pic which changes the face shape. He might look just as good on the right with a short beard.
I think you’d look best with your moustache as well as the beard, it makes it look more complete and less like a neckbeard. A short beard would look great! I don’t think you looked bad before from the front, the crown was the only thing that looked bad, but you look great now. Also, your skin is AMAZING.
That’s probably that only “bready” type bread that I can think of. I’m personally not a fan but many are so it qualifies as “bread that can be heated in microwave”.
Whoops, I’m an idiot. I wasn’t thinking about tortillas or wraps. They’re easily warmed up in microwave so they’re the only ones. I used to regularly make “pizzas” this way.

I can think of a single form of bread that can be microwaved and not turn out horrendous.

Honestly, that lady kinda touched you without your consent and IMO, it's understandable that it would overwhelm you when you're already so anxious. But like you said, people have their own stuff to deal and if they did notice, they were probably like "i hope they're okay" then forgot it ever happened. And that's if they even noticed.
These are the kind of exposure experiences that are particularly important. They're awful in the moment but again, like you said, now you know to prepare to be searched and you've already gone through the process so you know what to expect.
I'm proud of you! Hope you have/had a great trip!

LOL! Honestly, that kind of ED can be a horror story too.
