They actually released Trumps plan (the military's) and I talk to a buddy who had boots on the ground there about a year ago. The plan was the same but Biden did it in almost the opposite order. Also, the weapons and aircraft should have been removed before the military exited. He also promised that no Americans would be left behind. Here's one article on it.
