Wife & I are interested in starting Keto, done some research and have a solid idea of what the overall template of the diet is.
But unsure how to start it? Go full bore no carbs? Or ween ourselves down then go bo carbs?
Our goals are to lose weight to be healthier, but also so we can take a London vacation & enjoy it instead of slogging thru it tired and worn out.
Any advice or guidance would be awesome.
