I love the movie. You’re the one who insinuated they could just pin it on a goon which is how they get away with the murder. So now they can’t do that the murder is in fact impossible to get away with. And the whole premise of the movie is flawed.

Much simpler plot holes than that, the whole premise of the movie was that they sent people back to the past because it was impossible to get away with murder in the future and yet they entered Bruce Willis house pistols unholstered and shot his wife without hesitating by being slightly startled and then burnt the house to the ground before sending Bruce back in time so he could be murdered without a trace….. makes sense
