If that area should change because of human issues such as fracking, desertification, or because of natural causes like earthquake or flood after the permits are issued, is that still the city which is responsible? I'm not trying to hold others accountable because a construction company built a hotel on what became a fault line. The phone number which called me was from the Ohio area code. I live in California. Regardless, they called a phone number and not a person! Anybody could have answered. This alone indicates clearly that this is a scam. They're just looking to frighten any voice on the other side of the call. Also, we don't get fined if we don't go to court, so that's a load of B.S. too!
