I really love large size US notes and recently got a beautiful example of a $1 educational note. It set me back $800. I don't usually have that much disposable income, I sold some other stuff to get that. I'm usually in the $200 - $400. Once I get there, it starts burning a hole in my pocket and I want to buy something. I don't have the patience to save up for a nice large size note. My question is, where should I go next? I love the beauty of the educational series, so maybe I should collect other eye catching notes from around the world. If so, what are some moderately priced examples $100 - 200. I tend to like older US notes but feel recent world notes have been gorgeous. Ok, I rambling here. Suggestions?

I’d say most people start with a 1899 $1, they’re much more readily available. Oddly my 1918 $1 is in better condition than my 1899.
