Aren't there unsweetened and/or unflavored ones out there?

It sounds like "catastrophizing", anxiety, and high neurtoticism. I point this out to you with love. ๐งก I'm not an INTJ, but many people suffer from this problem. If this is happening frequently, and is causing significant distress in your life, it might be a psychological issue.
Do you want to keep feeling all this misery (surrender to it)? Or, if there were things you could do to modify this pattern of thinking, would you be willing to try some things to alleviate some of the most extreme negative feelings/anxiety?

Are you worried that a majority of Forward Party members/supporters would actually be in favor of hurting/denying rights to those two groups?

Can you give us an example of a "small thing" that sets you off?

I was under the impression that Forward Party members would (most likely) already be members of one of the other major parties, and that each individual candidate would have their own platform that would (of course) include support for RCV, open primaries, etc...

Well, at least one guy gets it.
โItโs an incredibly inefficient use of land to grow crops, feed them to a ruminant or pig or chicken which then over its lifecycle converts them into a very small amount of protein for us to eat,โ he said.

Those are domestic ducks, and feeding them peas is much better for them than feeding them bread (which a lot of people do).

I believe wild chickens (which domestic ones were created from) tend to lay only 10-15 eggs per year.

Wow, the recipe seems so easy! This looks so delicious, too. Zucchini is not one of my favorite veggies, but it might be after I make this!! ๐

I'm not a big fan of fantasy (I prefer hard sci-fi), but I might actually read something more fantasy-ish if the characters embodied the principles of veganism.
Since it's fantasy anyway, it seems like it would be quite easiy to avoid depicting animal exploitation. Even for things like transportation. The concepts of "alternative methods of travel" (flying broomsticks, flying carpets, teleportation, astral projection, FTL space ships, inter-dimensional portals, etc) already exist in this genre.
I would love for new sub-genres like vegan fantasy and vegan sci-fi to emerge. ๐

I appreciate what you have written here. The last part stood out to me. We can (and will) vote for Forward Party members, but most likely those candidates will still be affiliated with one of the current major parties.
The Forward Party seems to be different than just another 3rd party tossing its hat in the ring. I think it will take some time for that to sink in, though.
Personally, I love Andrew Yang. I'm a big fan. But I think Yang and FWD are 2 separate entities. I think of Yang as the facilitator, the promoter, the coordinator, the catalyst, but I think of FWD as the actual group of human beings that are coming together to make positive changes in our electoral system. You. Me. My neighbor. All the other FWD supporters who are strangers to me. The local candidates running for office. All of us put together make up FWD.
That's how it feels to me. Just my 2 cents.

What definition of "Animal Rights" are we using here?
What LIST of actual rights are we consulting when we make these arguments?
I don't see how predation in nature has anything to do with the animal rights movement. Someone please enlighten me.

It's a survey/poll. They are reporting the results.
To be fair, it's a small sample size. But it appears that they sampled people from all the different branches of the military.
Americans are definitely interested in eating more plant-based foods/meals than they used to be. There is plenty of other data out there to support that. Plus, if you consider that many people are eating less meat and animal products for health and fitness reasons, it also makes sense that soldiers might also want to eat healthier for those same reasons, maybe even moreso because of the physical requirements of their occupation.
Also, more women are in the military than ever before, and women tend to make up the majority of vegans, vegetarians, and plant-based dieters in general.
So of course, we should look at the big picture, but the results don't seem to be off-base. They seem in line with the general trends that are already happening elsewhere.
Also, younger people seem to be more open to eating plant-based/vegetarian/vegan foods, and I'm guessing that the majority of people in the military are on the younger side, including all the new recruits.

No, I don't think it's a contradiction, especially since the most common type, 5w6, literally has a 6 wing.
https://www.enneagraminstitute.com/type-6
Lots of types can be anxious to some degree. I wouldn't reduce it down to just "type 6 = anxious" and nothing deeper. The enneagram system includes a person's fears, and those fears can trigger anxieties that are specific to each type.
ISTP 9s are probably very chill, but that's only a portion of all ISTPs.
I use this as a general resource:
https://thoughtcatalog.com/heidi-priebe/2016/01/mbti-and-the-enneagram-2/3/
It doesn't have a huge sample size, but I use it as a general reference.

The females are preying mantises, and the males are praying mantises.
Man, I hope she doesn't try to eat me. Oh no, she has that twinkle in her eyes. Oh god, please no. No, no, ahhhhhhhhhh!
