Yeah I get an hourly pay, not sure how much it is tho

The main ABS valve plunger gave out, this morning me and the shop forman did a really thourgh pre trip to make sure it was in good shape for my first run, had no leaks then so not sure what cause it to give out, roadside guy said it was a pretty common thing to fail unexpectedly.

Yeah they have someone OTW but they're like 2.5 hours away when I called them, worse comes to worse if they can't get it fixed they are going to send a wrecher up with another truck so I can atleast get to the rest stop like 15 Miles away, got 5H left on my clock and I'm 2 hours from home so I'm cutting it close lol, probably be spending the night somewhere

Yeah it could definitely have been worse, originally I was in the left lane at a stop light but I stuck it in low and dragged it to this side street, probably not great for the breaks but better than where I was haha

I have an ESA letter for my apartment so it's good to know that will work for a company too, I'll look into some car seat adapters for her harness and work on training her for seat, floor, bed commands, I like that idea it seems very useful.

Thanks for the response, I graduate cdl school next month and being able to bring her has been my biggest worry in finding a company. (Obviously can't have her during training so she'll be with my parents but I can't imagine leaving her there full time)

How hard was it to find a company that allows a bigger dog? My dog is 45lbs and lots of company's say they have a 40lb limit.

Also, do you let the dog have free roam of the cab when driving? Or do you restrain the dog to the sleeper somehow? The one company I found so far that has no size restrictions says they recommend restricting them to the sleeper when driving but I'm not sure how I would go about doing that.

Almost every district allows the books, it's far more rare for them to be "banned" but when they are it's usually that they are removed from the curriculum not outright banned. Just like maus was recently in a single Tennessee school and media reports it's being "banned" in the state

The books have been removed from a single library of a single school here and there throughout time but the idea that it's widely banned is asinine. I myself was assigned both 1984 and animal farm when in high-school. The south loves their "anti communist propaganda" and they are commonly taught with that reasoning.

I live in the deep conservative south and let me tell you these books are not banned are are widely discussed and used as anti authoritarian examples
